Wild bundle of mixed chocolate 50g bars

In these 50g single origin chocolate bars we are exploring both amazing chocolates from craft makers and extraordinary wild Scottish flavours.  Throughout the year they will change as we experiment with ever more foraged flavours and meet new chocolates.  We use mainly plain chocolates, but occasionally also play with milk and white chocolates, sometimes using different chocolate types with each flavour to explore how the flavours work together.  These are always small batches - so a constant change of flavours and chocolates - a real seasonal 'lucky dip'.  These are some of the chocolates we have created to date:

• Sea buckthorn berries, with Firetree Papua New Guinea 72% plain chocolate
• Juniper berries, with Chocolate Madagascar 50% milk chocolate
• 'Autumn Gold', chanterelles, beech nuts and smoked sea salt with Marou Vietnam Ben Tre 78% plain chocolate
• Blaeberries, with El Rey Venezuela 36% white chocolate
• wild mint leaves, with Chocolat Madagascar 70% plain chocolate
• crystalised Scots pine catkins in Firetree Papua New Guinea 72% plain chocolate
• dried wild raspberries in a vegan coconutty white chocolate, as well as a Venezuelan plain.
• wrack syphon weed in Chocolate Tree Peru 70% plain chocolate
• Sitka spruce tips in Chocolate Tree Peru 50% milk chocolate

We will send four bars of whatever we have in season, usually a mix of plain and milk chocolates, and we ill include a white chocolate if we have any available.
