Sitka spruce and Chocolate Tree's Guatemala 65% plain chocolate 

Picea sitchensis

This is the sister bar to our award-winning Sitka spruce and Guatemala milk chocolate;  it uses Guatemala couveture from Chocolate Tree, but a 65% plain version.  The bright flavours of the Sitka spruce highlight the lovely fruit-cake flavours of the chocolate.

Ingredients: Cocoa solids 64% minimum: cocoa beans, cane sugar, dried Sitka spruce shoots (1%).
