Sea weed and chocolate is definately, when done right, a wonderful combination and we have usually paired full-flavoured plain chocolates with different species.  For sea lettuce - a sea weed that stays a gorgeous light green when dried, and that has a might lighter taste than most sea weeds, we decided to experiment with a white chocolate - if only to get the lovely green colour!

We have added a little salt to the mix, and a little dried Dumont's Tubular Website to help out with the flavour, giving us a bar which is both refreshing in colour as well as flavour. 

Ingredients: 

Cocoa solids 45% minimum: cocoa butter, cane sugar, whole MILK powder, dried Sea lettuce (1%), salt, dried Dumont's Tubular Weed (Dumontia contorta).
