Mothering Sunday selection, 18 chocolates

We are going Wild this year with our selection, looking at classic Mothering Sunday treats through a foraged flavour prism.

Mothering Sunday is 30th March this year; we will need to have orders in by 17th March to ensure delivery by the weekend of Mothering Sunday (they will be dispatched 26th March 2025)

Ingredients

Shells: plain chocolate (cocoa solids 70.% min.; cocoa mass, cane sugar, cocoa butter,); milk chocolate (cocoa solids 35% min.: sugar*, cocoa butter, whole MILK powder 22.5% min., cocoa mass*, emulsifier: SOYA lecithin); white chocolate (cocoa solids 28% min.: sugar*, cocoa butter*, whole MILK powder 23.5% min., emulsifier: SOYA lecithin, natural vanilla flavouring*): gold leaf

Fillings: Wild raspberry and chocolate torte: plain chocolate (cocoa solids 64% min., cocoa mass, cane sugar, cocoa butter), double cream (MILK), glucose syrup, wild raspberry leather (raspberries, sugar).  Juniper and pineapple weed: milk chocolate (cocoa solids 42%: raw cane sugar, cocoa butter, whole MILK powder, cocoa mass, fleur de sel), double cream (MILK), glucose syrup, flavoured with juniper nberries and dried pineapple weed. Rose milk chocolate (cocoa solids 42%, as before), double cream (MILK), glucose syrup,  flavoured with dried rose petals.  Simnel cake: white chocolate (as before), double cream (MILK), ground wild hazells (NUTS), sugar, glucose syrup, sea buckthorn jelly (sea buckthorn berries, sugar).     *Fairtrade FLO ID 1441
