Flavour

This is a wonderful collaboration with Aberfeldy-based Glen Lyon Coffee; in October, Glen Lyon hosted an event and a group of us did the hard work of matching chocolates with coffee!  We had six or so of each and after much munching, crunching, wondering when the headache would kick in, we finally agreed on three pairings.  This is the white chocolate one, and uses a lovely Madagascan white chocolate from Chocolat Madagascar, and a very tasty delicious coffee from Kalingwe, Kasese District in Uganda.  

The coffee beans have been roughly crushed and mixed in through the coffee - so there is a lovely crunch.

There are three coffee bars; in addition to this white chocolate bar there is a cafe au lait (milk chocolate) and Espresso (plain chocolate).  We are also selling a trio of bars if you cannot decide between them!
