Father's Day: A walk up Kenmore Hill. 4 bar bundle

Fathers' Day (16th June) comes just as Scotland gives us some of its best wild flavours.  Take your Pa on a chocolate-based walk up Kenmore Hill with our set of four hand made chocolate bars. Our selection features four flavours, three are wild and would accompany you on a hike up Kenmore Hill, from water mint growing along the burns, past fragrant elderflowers, and up through majestic Scots pine woods on to the hill top.  Finish the perfect day, sitting watching the sunset over Ben Lawers, with a wee dram of local Dewars 12 year old whisky.  All realised in a set of four craft chocolate bars

The bundle of four chocolate bars (each 50g bars) forms a chocolate and wild flavoured virtual version of this lovely walk.

The bars are available now to order, and can be dispatched either on 5th June or 12th June.  They have a long shelf life, and can be enjoyed on the day or at your leisure.  

• Scots pine: crystalised Scots pine catkins in a 70% plain chocolate 
• Fresh wild water mint, in a 40% milk chocolate 
• elderflower, infused into a 37% white chocolate 
• Aberfeldy 12 year old single malt; cocoa nibs infused in the whisky and then run through a 65% plain chocolate 

All bars are 50g each, and set is wrapped in a gold band with a Father's Day swing card

Ingredients

Scots pine: cocoa solids 65% minimum; cocoa beans, cocoa butter,  crystalised Scots pine catkins (catkins, sugar) 8% (may contain traces of POLLEN)

Water mint: cocoa solids 40% minimum; sugar, cocoa butter. whole MILK powder, cocoa kernel, skimmed MILK powder, dried water mint leaves (<1%)

Elderflower: cocoa solids 34% minimum: Sugar, cocoa butter, whole MILK powder, emulsifier: SOYA lecithin, natural vanilla flavour, cocoa butter flavoured with elderflower flowers, lemon zest (may contain traces of POLLEN)

Dewars whisky: cocoa solids 64% minimum: cocoa beans, sugar, cocoa nibs soaked in Dewars 12 year old whisky (9%)
