The humble bramble or blackberry - our most commonly foraged fruit, stained fingers and mouths a beloved memory of many a childhood.  We have simple dried the berries, and ground them in to a white chocolate; the bar is a deep purple from the berries, and the flavour is autumnal - a bowl of blackberries and cream.

We have used Chocolat Madagascar's 37% white chocolate for this bar.

Ingredients: 

Cocoa solids 34% minimum: cocoa butter, cane sugar, whole MILK powder, GMO free SUNFLOWER lecithin, dried blackberries (7%).
