Thin patterned discs of chocolate, in a small square gift box. There are 100g of thins, usually 10 to 12 discs in a box.
The cocoa beans for this chocolate are grown in the Solomon Islands, in the Pacific, where it is too humid to dry the beans by sunshine alone; they are dried over wood fires, and hence have a wonderfully smoky character which comes through in the chocolate. The chocolate is made in New Zeland by Solomon's Gold.
