Eighteen chocolates are presented in a turquoise and gold gift box, net wt chocolate 180g.
We make our own caramel for these chocolates, and developed our own recipe to create a lovely balance between the salt and caramel; we think there should be enough salt to cut through the sweetness of the sugar, and to bring out the rich flavours of butter and caramel, without being actually salty. The thin, crisp 70% Madagascar plain chocolate shell adds further contrast, balance, and texture. We were awarded 2 Gold Stars in the 2014 Great Taste Awards for these chocolates.
