Eighteen chocolates are presented in a gold yellow gift box, net wt chocolate 180g.
We make our own caramel for these chocolates, infusing the cream for the caramel with fresh root ginger which gives the caramel a warm, spiced flavour. The thin, crisp 70% dark chocolate shell is made from Single Origin chocolate made with cocoa beans from Sao Thome, West Africa. We were awarded 1 Gold Star in the 2017 Great Taste Awards for these chocolates.
Outside shell: plain chocolate (Cocoa solids 70% minimum: cocoa mass, sugar, emulsifier: SOYA lecithin, natural vanilla); milk chocolate (cocoa solids 29% min.: sugar, cocoa butter, whole MILK powder (23.5% minimum), cocoa mass, emulsifier: SOYA lecithin, natural vanilla flavouring).
